The purpose of this integral position is to provide administration, oversight, planning and evaluation of restorative initiatives, courtyard café, and residential programming, assisting in the operations of the Juvenile Services Division. Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
