JOB PURPOSE: Provide functional coordination presence and daily operational oversight of residential dining, retail, or catering services. CORE DUTIES : Responsible for checking of food items including certain vegetables, lettuce, etc. as required by KVH Kosher. Engage in job specific training of front-of-house staff to ensure all Jewish dietary laws are observed. Check that all products delivered by vendors are indeed Kosher as ordered and have been approved by KVH Kosher for use at Stanford Hillel.
