Education & Experience Min. 3 years of janitorial experience, within it a minimum of 2 years janitorial supervisory experience with demonstrated great patience and training abilities. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Non-profit experience preferred. Bi-lingual fluency (e.g., English/ASL, English/Spanish, etc.) and ability understand another culture as required by the program or local community highly desired. Knowledgeable in industrial standards and safety (CAL-OSHA) requirements. Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities; ADA knowledge desirable.
