Job Description

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints. Provide personalized recommendations and itineraries tailored to their interests.

  • Destination Expertise: Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and safety guidelines for various destinations. Offer expert advice on attractions, accommodations, and activities.

  • Booking and Reservation: Handle end-to-end booking processes, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all reservations.

  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support before, during, and after their travels.

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Work towards achieving sales targets by promoting additional services, upselling, and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Remote Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and management using virtual communication tools. Attend virtual meetings, training sessions, and stay connected with the team.

  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry developments, new travel products, and technological advancements in the travel advisory field.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Travel Advisor, Travel Consultant, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using travel booking platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for travel.
  • High-speed internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
