We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to fill our Destination Coordinator position. As a Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in curating extraordinary travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients across the globe! If you have a passion for travel and enjoy assisting others with their plans, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries for clients.
  • Assess individual needs and preferences to tailor trips that meet their unique requirements.
  • Undertake ongoing training to earn and maintain certifications for booking travel.
  • Participate in webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations.
  • Review budgets and plan trips in accordance with client budget constraints.
  • Develop promotional materials for utilization.
  • Stay updated on fluctuating travel restrictions.
  • Handle booking needs such as airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruises, ticket/event sales, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with clients pre and post-travel.
  • Address any issues that may arise during bookings or travel for clients.
  • Network with tour operators to explore package offerings for clients.
  • Part-time or full-time positions available.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
  • Effective communication skills, with a strong sales background being a plus.
  • Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory.
  • Personal travel experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial but not required.
