Apply skill in dealing individual games, providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to customers in accordance with procedure. Practice excellent guest relations Greet guests, answer questions and if they are tracked players, make sure they are well serviced. Protect the security of the game and hand Treat fellow Team Members with respect and courtesy. Name tag, ID badge must be worn at all times during shift. Verify fills and credits to game. Notify floor person of any irregularities in Guest play and transactions during shift. Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures. Regular, predictable attendance required. Other job related duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES Excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to perform basic math. Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Knowledge and ability to deal games. High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous dealing experience, preferably two years minimum. Must be 21 and have Nevada Gaming Registration.
