This position partners with Executive Hosts, acting as the primary growth engine for Caesars Sportsbook and Caesars iGaming VIPs, building relationships with players to increase app engagement and drive the VIP segment of the business. The Host should quickly develop a rapport via phone, email, and text, build trust with potential VIPs, prospecting to increase play to an Executive Host level.Main Responsibilities:-Manage prospecting outreach for Sports Betting and iGaming, making 80-150 calls per day to potential VIPs.-Use extensive knowledge of iCasino slots and table games, online Sports Betting, teams, players, and leagues, to engage players, create an incremental lift in play, and set up for Executive Host relationship.-Use Omni-channel opportunities to drive revenue to brick-and-mortar properties, increasing player engagement.- Handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner, seeking to de-escalate the situation and ensure customer satisfaction.- Use available technology and resources, including Textline, Teams, Slack, RingCentral, Salesforce, emails, and cell phones, to ensure all guests are receiving proper treatment.-Coordinate with internal and external business stakeholders including, but not limited to Player Support, Caesars Rewards team, VIP Leaders, Marketing Technology/IT managers, software platform vendors, and analytics team members, to advance VIP efforts.-Communicate successes and challenges on a regular basis to the direct supervisor.-Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve products and services.-Integrity & Compliance-Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and policies, and conducts themselves with the highest levels of integrity and honesty.-Coordinates with Compliance, Responsible Gaming and Risk Management team members as needed.What You Will Need:-Some college, previous experience in hospitality, telesales, iGaming, Casino, or Sports Betting. - Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, understanding Analytics dashboards, and Sports Betting technologies -Has the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements:-Must be able to sit for extended periods of time working in an office setting.-Must be able to type, text, and talk on the phone for extended periods of time.
