In coordination with Pit personnel, identifies potential new cash players, visually observes play, and makes verbal contact to develop information necessary for future marketing considerations. Enrolls new players into Caesars Rewards and reissue's misplaced or lost cards. Initiating proper paperwork to ensure accurate player's comps and tracking. Increasing club enrollment is a primary function. Provides complimentaries to players, based upon gaming actions, assisting with in-house reservations for restaurants, shows etc., as well as other properties. Increases special events response through telephone communication, making room and event reservations when needed. Maybe required to attend such events and tournaments as escort or host when applicable. Follows and enforces departmental performance standards, policies and procedures. Interface with the Credit Department as far as referring customers for evaluation and determination of credit. Maintain and update accurate customer information in accordance with Cash Transaction Reporting guidelines. Support and maintain Horseshoe courtesy guidelines at all times. Promote outstanding guest relations, monitoring the guest's experience and handling complaints. Establish and maintain the good will of our Asian VIP customers based upon professional knowledge of individuals. Assist the Director of VIP Acquisition - Horseshoe in establishing and maintaining all Asian Casino Marketing programs and initiatives. Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed, and directed.SIGNATORY ABILITY: Complimentary travel, retail, rooms, food, beverage and valet. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Five (5) or more years of recent and related casino hosting experience. Demonstrated experience performing with specific deadlines or under pressure. Demonstrated experience problem solving and organizing and prioritizing work. Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills. Strong Excel skills required. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Must be able to obtain a required Gaming License.
