Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing friendly and excellent service to Caesars Entertainment guests. Prepares and pours drinks for customers and Beverage Servers. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Greets and welcomes all guests in a pleasant and professional manner, interacting in an upbeat and positive manner.Provides fast, efficient, courteous and professional service to casino guests, preparing drinks according to prescribed recipesAccurately handles all cash transactions; presents customer with bar receipt.Converts cash to coin for any customer playing the slot machines in the bar area.Prepares and pours drinks for the casino floor Beverage Servers according to prescribed recipesAdheres to department policy on number of orders and drinks to be served at one time. Monitors and coaches servers to assure they are utilizing proper 'Call Order?.Rings in all prepared drinks on register, following established procedures.Accounts for assigned bank, all money received and all transactions recorded during shift. Completes proper count sheets for money drop, closing impress, and slot banks.Keeps informed of new promotional beverage programs. Adheres to all posted department memos.Provides property information on current events, promotions and attractions to customers.Maintains assigned station in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with department service standards and job functions.Ensures the Casino bar is stocked with all supplies and liquor. Completes quarterly bar inventoriesMonitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines (CARE).Checks for ID's according to Caesars policy. Qualifications:EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE: HighSchool Diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum2 years experience required Mustattend Caesars Entertainment Bartender School QUALIFICATIONS:Fluentand literate in EnglishAbilityto accurately handle cashExcellentcommunication skillsGoodmath skillsMustbe 21 years of age.Abilityto uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations andrecognize standards required by a regulated businessActsas a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a creditto Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
