POSITION SUMMARY: To support the Multi Outlet Manager in daily operations of the Food and Beverage Department (all outlets) MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS: 21 years of age DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain all company assets in the Food and Beverage department including furniture, equipment and physical condition of property. Ensure that all Food and Beverage employees are treated fairly and properly in matters concerning company policies and federal and state law. Approving and conducting disciplinary counseling sessions with employees. Routinely exercise authorities to suggest or recommend advancements, promotions, hiring or firing. Recommend transfer/ promotion through e-transfer. Enforce all rules, regulations and laws concerning the handling, storage and sale of alcoholic beverages. Ensure compliance of all state and local Board of Health regulations. Maintain positive working relations between Food and Beverage and all other departments. Perform other duties as assigned. Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior crew members. Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: PHYSICAL - Must be able to: Stand or walk for long periods of time. Must be able to see. Hear. Can be augmented with a hearing aid. Tolerate large crowds. Tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality. Climb steps repeatedly. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds MENTAL - Must be able to: Communicate verbally, clearly and articulately. Work accurately with basic mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Understand and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, and other instructions. Read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations. Must be able to work under stressful conditions. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. PREREQUISITES/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 5 years management experience in a full service segment of the food service industry.
