Employee Responsibilities
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Must be friendly and helpful with all customers
- Assist customers with the machines
- Answer customers questions
- Adhere to employee dress code and maintain a neat, presentable appearance
WASH, DRY & FOLD LAUNDRY
- Must be able to lift and handle heavy laundry bags
- Must adhere to cleaning and folding standards
WORK THE REGISTER & CUSTOMER COUNTER
- Process drop-off & pick-up orders
- Answer the telephone
- Must be able to type and work on a computer
MAINTAIN THE STORE
- Clean the store throughout the day
- Restock merchandise and supplies
- Empty garbage
