Atrium is seeking Line & Prep Cooks to join our growing family! PREP COOK

Qualifications:

? Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage stress

? Food Handling and Safety knowledge

? Knife and measuring skills; manual dexterity and speed

? Ability to ready and follow recipes

? Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.

? Strong organizational and communication skills

? Reliable transportation

Duties:

? Ensure the prep station and kitchen are set up and stocked

? Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces

? Report to the executive chef and follow instructions

? Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards

? Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers

? Stock inventory and supplies

? Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff

LINE COOK

Qualifications:

? Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage stress

? Food Handling and Safety knowledge

? Knife and measuring skills; manual dexterity and speed

? Ability to ready and follow recipes

? Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.

? Strong organizational and communication skills

? Reliable transportation

Duties:

? Set up, break down and maintain stock levels at line cook stations

? Produce food items as tickets are received following recipes, plating specs and time standards, assuming 100% percent responsibility for quality of work

? Receive and store product, assist with stocking duties, follow proper food labeling and rotation protocol

? Minimize waste

? Practice acceptable food handling and safety procedures including safe heating and cooling methods

? Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
