Key Responsibilities:
- Work and supervise each line station (Expo, Cut, Grill, Fry & Pantry)
- Assist our Head Chef in kitchen operations, including menu development, ordering, hiring, training, and scheduling
- Showcase your culinary skills through scratch cooking and strong culinary techniques
- Utilize your experience with commercial smokers to enhance our smokehouse offerings
Requirements:
- Passion for food and a strong understanding of current culinary trends
- Experience managing a kitchen line and overseeing daily operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality
- Flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends
