We're currently looking for a seasoned Executive Sous Chef who thrives within a mission-driven environment, creates change through culinary innovation, and is a proven and effective leader, with the talent and desire to imagine unique, locally-sourced, unforgettable dishes. - An expert in culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Passionate about food and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
- Must have prior proven ability to lead, supervise and develop pastry and savory teams.
- Ability to demonstrate menu creativity through development and implementation.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
