Working hours: Will vary depending on hotel occupancy. Must be able to work weekend and Holiday shifts as needed. Typical Breakfast hours are 4:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. but additional hours may be scheduled due to special events and when full occupancy occurs Qualifications and Skills needed: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Food handling or preparation experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
Job Duties: - Prepares the daily breakfast spread in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Keeps coffee, juice, drinks and breakfast items replenished throughout the shift.
- Keeps the hotel lobby and tables cleared and clean during shift.
- Keeps drink, food and supplies inventoried and advises the appropriate manager of items needed to be ordered.
- Follows proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager or as business and demand dictates.
