  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bars, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience for patrons.
  • Manage and lead a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment and providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings during lunch and dinner services.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to maintain stock levels and quality standards.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and compliant environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to attract patrons and increase foot traffic.

  • Previous experience in restaurant and bar management or a related field.
