Richfield Living is accepting applications for a Full Time Dining Services Manager to join our team at the Health Center in Roanoke VA. This position is a FT/Exempt position and will report to the Administrator.

The Dining Services Manager (DSM) will oversee health center dining in a household environment. The DSM will oversee the main kitchen and four (4) household kitchens, ensuring they are clean and inspection ready at all times. The DSM will also oversee the scheduling and staffing of the dining room/kitchen(s). The DSM is responsible for ensuring a quality dining experience for all residents, ensures team members are well trained, knowledgeable about all menus and that all dining room team members are providing a high degree of hospitality and service, in accordance with Richfield Living's standards, vision, mission and values.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or a Registered Dietitian (RD)
• Experience working with senior population(s) within a senior living community preferred.
• Experience managing others to meet targeted goals and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work and act independently
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
