Job Description

Our staff includes a nationally-recognized team of specialized ophthalmic surgeons and optometric physicians, with vast clinical experience in various eye surgical services.

Provide exemplary customer service for the following patient services:

Perform a high level of customer service to our patients
Performing patient check-in and out, answering phones, and other duties as assigned
Providing information about services
Coordinating care with other services
Insurance referrals
Processing patient paperwork as required
Completing patient registration by obtaining consent for medical care and financial agreements
Obtaining and verifying demographic and financial information through the pre-registration process

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1-year general office experience in a healthcare setting (Ophthalmology preferred)
Knowledge of G-Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
