Responsibilities
- The primary functions of a food service/utility worker are receiving, delivery, transportation, storage and cleaning of food carts, special functions, clean and dirty trays, pots and pans, and serviceware.
- This person is responsible to keep the floors clean and dry and trash emptied as well as maintaining posted cleaning schedules.
- The utility worker is often utilized in multiple areas of need, therefore they must be opened to be cross-trained to conduct many different duties such as but not limited to trayline, storeroom, and cold preparation areas.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- Prior food service experience is preferred
Conditions of Employment
Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University.
