Ok, ok, here it is Job description: - The ideal Member Services Coordinator is passionate about helping others look and feel their best, enjoys having empowering conversations with guests and thrives in a sales environment. - This is NOT a receptionist job; it's about providing exceptional service to our guests and members visiting us for their men's grooming services. A day in the life: - All reservations are handled OFFSITE, so you spend most of your time starting and keeping empowering conversations with our members and guests - You're educating our guests on the benefits of joining our membership-based men's grooming club - You love the challenge of meeting retail and membership sales quotas - You're playing bartender, offering our guests beverage selections at our complimentary top-shelf bar (no experience required, training provided, and no fancy beverages to make) - You're completing all of our personal and professional development training programs in order to be your best Are you wondering, "Am I a good fit " You are if you can say: - I'm "extroverted" - I love starting up a fun conversation - I have lots of energy - I'm passionate about serving others - I love showing up looking my best We've got you covered - Our team members (aka our Gents Family) are our most important asset and that's reflected in our benefits.
