About the Position
As the Market Manager for Global Chains Business, you are joining one of the most dynamic teams at (USA). You will be responsible for managing and expanding the partnership and the relationships with strategic partners with a global reach. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate advanced communication skills to manage across different levels of stakeholders internally at and within our partner organizations. You will rely on your excellent interpersonal skills and previously demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities. You have the proven ability to execute via enhanced strategic, comprehensive, result-focused account plans to achieve success.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to
Promote group awareness, global platform business strategy, and one-stop service to existing/new hotel chain partners
Coordinate across group internal teams, including platform, content, product, service, and marketing to achieve the account's expectations and maximize performance. Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people, and existing technology
Establish the relationship with key stakeholders in the assigned accounts (Global Chains), and orchestrate discussions with senior execs around their business needs
Be able to lead the accounts and drive mutual performance objectives, annual targets, and milestones globally
In addition to full account management including performance tracking, production optimization, workshop conducting, and issue solving
Initiate, develop, and manage mutually beneficial relationships with chains and all the other stakeholders
Conduct quarterly performance review meetings with VP, SVP, and C-level in global hotel chain teams in different geographical areas to make sure the result in a positive financial contribution
Skill to analyze the global chain partner at all different levels from Global to regional and on the local to hotel level
Look after and prospect for new global/regional chains and assess their potential and develop a healthy partnership
5+ years of working experience in relevant roles in a Strategic or Key Account Management position (preferably working in the OTA/hospitality/travel industry).
Bachelor's Degree or above
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Strong problem-solving skills with a logical mindset
Ability to demonstrate professional presentation
Ability to adjust different communication methods depending on the stakeholders
Strong knowledge of the travel industry and channel distribution
Result and Data-driven with strong analytical skills
Hungry for success but humble
Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and any other related software to help day-to-day operations
Fluent in English speaking and writing

What We Provide
The annual total pay range for Market Manager roles is $90,000 - $125,000 (base salary and variable incentive included). The range top could be higher if the performance is above target. With employees' ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role, there is potential to increase further. The offering salary for this role will vary based on the comprehensive competency assessment after the screening and interview sessions. Multiple factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experiences, and location will be considered. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
Group offers a wide range of benefits to support employees and their families, including health insurance with 4 PPO options and 1 HMO (CA-based employees only), dental insurance with 2 plan options, vision insurance with 1 plan option, basic life insurance, long-term disability insurance with benefits of up to $5,000 per month after 180 days of disability, and short-term disability insurance with benefits of up to $2,500 per week for up to 26 weeks of disability. We cover approximately 72.64% - 94.28% of the premium for employee medical insurance, and approximately 44.40% - 57.65% of the premium for dependents.
The company also offers a 401(k) plan with a matching contribution of 100% of the employee's deferral on the first 3% of eligible compensation and 50% of the employee's deferrals that exceed 3% but do not exceed 5% of eligible compensation, as well as time away from work for paid holidays (12 business days/year), paid sick leave (40 hours/year), paid time off (120 hours/year), and examination leave (32 hours/year).
Additionally, the company provides allowances and subsidies, such as business travel reimbursement, travel discounts, holiday allowance, and a vacation subsidy of USD 300 equivalent in the form of Trip Coins on every year for employees who have completed at least 6 months of service with the company.
