  • Help a large, well-known, organization make their company smarter and more efficient through leveraging CRM data for more targeted marketing
  • Build, monitor and improve the CRM marketing strategy in collaboration with established digital marketing team
  • Report on key performance metrics and prepare relevant reports to share results across the team and report to leadership
  • Interpret analytics and consumer trends to make creative suggestions


THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years' of marketing experience
  • Experience working within a CRM platform (exp. guiding system integrations, developing matching rules, reporting on CRM data, etc.)
  • Extensive data analytics experience with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar is required
  • Strong analytical skills - creative problem solver that can run analyses using different sources of information and deliver comprehensive, balanced & impactful analysis to business leaders
