- Build, monitor and improve the CRM marketing strategy in collaboration with established digital marketing team
- Report on key performance metrics and prepare relevant reports to share results across the team and report to leadership
- Interpret analytics and consumer trends to make creative suggestions
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years' of marketing experience
- Experience working within a CRM platform (exp. guiding system integrations, developing matching rules, reporting on CRM data, etc.)
- Extensive data analytics experience with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar is required
- Strong analytical skills - creative problem solver that can run analyses using different sources of information and deliver comprehensive, balanced & impactful analysis to business leaders
