It's been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we're just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It's flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.

YOUR IMPACT
Wingstop is an exciting growth company and this role will help propel that growth. This individual will have strong business acumen and will contribute to our national sales growth plan across 1600 restaurants (and growing!) This role will drive a modern media vision for the organization and continue to challenge the status quo. They will be responsible for developing and executing a connections plan across the full consumer journey that will grow our brand and meet business objectives. This individual will inspire marketing and the senior leadership team with their passion for the consumer, expertise of media, sense of creativity and innovation, keen ability to synthesize and utilize data across the consumer journey and ability to drive results. They will equally be left brain/right brain as it relates to marketing responsible for culturally relevant ideas (sports, hip hop, gaming) and brand-building efforts as well as performance marketing, CRM and analytics. They will feel as energized leading an ideation session around content creation with Complex as they would a data strategy with our MarTech team.
With a database of 30 million customers, Wingstop is shifting to be a platform brand with data at its core. This role will lead our "Wing ID" Personalization strategy and execution. Wing ID is a critical, multiyear digital transformation journey in its 3rd year. This individual will partner with MarTech to continue to drive and scale Personalization across external channels and our internal digital ecosystem.
This individual is a marketing thought leader who is intellectually curious and passionate about raising the bar for themselves and the team. They excel at people leadership (a team of 6), inspire others and are collaborative across the organization and agencies. They are hungry for bringing marketing to the next level and are continually developing ideas and driving results. They are solution-oriented, energetic and a self-starter. They have excellent communication skills and are adept at simplifying complex problems. Their thought leadership is evident in their presentation skills with senior management and the vision they create for their team and agencies. They are a media expert but can take their media hat off and help lead the marketing department and broader work.
