Our Client is a leading travel center retailer operating in the Southwest portion of the United States.
The company operates 32 sites in 8 states in the southwest region. Their new concept incorporates a travel center, grocery, hardware and food courts in a single combined facility. This concept is unlike any in the marketplace today. The successful candidate will be responsible to run their Quick Serve Restaurant offering at one of their flagship locations.

Position Qualifications / Background:
5+ Years experience in a Quick Serve Restaurant environment.
Supervisory experience managing a team of 25+ employees.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, staffing, training/development, P&L and practical general business knowledge.
Participates in food preparation, cooking, menu assembly, and checking for completeness and correctness.
Ensures that restaurant operations deliver all facets of our "promise" to the customers.
Maintain the highest possible standards of customer service.
Recruit, hire, train and develop a talented team.
