Wanted: ISO a Hardworking Assistant Housekeeping Manager for Busy Department. Salary starts at 42k per year with advancement opportunities after 60 days. This is a 100% remote position - you will not need to leave your home (unless you want to). 

Ideal Candidate: Able to Work on various time zones and has availability to start immediately. The focus would be on PST time.

We are a growing company that is looking for a driven and self-motivated assistant housekeeping manager for a busy and growing housekeeping department. We manage housekeeping for Short-Term Rentals (like Airbnb and VRBO) across the country (in different time zones) remotely and the use of basic technology is key. This is a salaried, remote position and no actual cleaning is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations and residential cleaning, is detailed oriented and can manage and use technology to confirm and ensure cleans are properly conducted. You will be managing a team of trained cleaners to ensure quality for every clean. A self-starter and hardworking person who thrives in a team environment but also can work autonomously is desired.

Housekeeping experience is important for this role since you have already solved many of the issues that can arise with residential cleaning! However, if you have the desire to work in a growing company in a booming industry and you have the desire to be great - message us and let's chat!

After the first 60 days, based on performance, you will be considered for a raise of your base salary. General Duties May Include:

-Managing cleaning schedules

-Communicating with housekeepers on a daily basis

-Monitoring linen inventory and cleaning supplies

-Working with guest services to solve cleaning issues

-Working with the maintenance team to solve maintenance related issues

-Hiring and onboarding housekeepers as needed, while also being able to monitor performance and terminate housekeepers who are unable to meet their duties

-Identifying issues before they arise and being able to solve them with the assistance of the team.

-Be willing to work in a remote "office" which is a video conference conducted via Zoom

-Typical work week is 6 days a week
