About the Role

The Performance PR Manager will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and will work closely with the Commerce Content team to strategically grow our Affiliate program. You will be integral in Spa Science's evolution to becoming a top-tier skincare & beauty brand by building and deepening relationships with existing and new Affiliate partners, educating them on our Commerce Content offerings and large-scale initiatives, negotiating business terms, and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships through ongoing and consistent communication. You'll be the key point of contact and take true ownership of projects, ideation and the streamlining of day-to-day processes - bringing our Affiliate program to the next level.

You Have:

  • 3-5 years' experience in an Affiliate or similar role, preferably at a beauty or other related D2C vertical
  • Strong understanding of the Affiliate business model - including knowledge of platforms such as CJ, Skimlinks, Partnerize, Impact, ShareASale, etc.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player able to work well with different divisions across the organization
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs, partnerships, and deliverables with hard deadlines
  • Highly motivated self-starter that is extremely detail-oriented
  • Experience working at hyper-growth, fast-paced organizations

You Will Work On:

  • Collaborating with the Commerce Content team to keep up-to-date on all priorities, editorial calendars and day-to-day goals
  • Owning all 1:1 Affiliate relationships
  • Managing Affiliate Platforms to ensure smooth onboarding and maintenance
  • Acting as lead on compiling Affiliate-specific internal and external one-sheets, proposals, reporting and insights as necessary
  • Negotiating Affiliate business terms while continually optimizing rates and promotions throughout the year, maximizing revenue opportunities
  • Handling initial calls with qualified Affiliate leads to determine if a potential partnership is aligned with theSkimm's Commerce Content objectives
  • Identifying Affiliate opportunities to expand and enhance revenue streams
  • Performing market research and identify emerging and industry trends, staying informed of new products, brands, retailers and the overall competitive landscape
  • Coordinating project efforts across multiple stakeholders to ensure internal alignment of business and growth goals.
