WHAT YOU NEED

High School Diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of related experience and/or training in high volume kitchen preparation and cooking.
Must have a current San Diego County Food Handlers card, issued by the city of San Diego.
Reliable transportation is necessary.

THE JOB

Stone Brewing is searching for an efficient, reliable and passionate Expeditor to join our Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens team. This person will be responsible for coordinating activity between the kitchen and front of house service. This individual will also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation, including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all plates.

THE BASICS

Fully able to efficiently run kitchen expo window and open and close our Bistro Kitchen with minimal to no supervision.
Organizing and coordinating service of food as well as garnish and prepare final presentation of food; assuming 100% responsibility for quality of products served and helps with food running as needed.
Maintaining all company and industry safety and sanitization practices and standards.
Willing to be a valuable Team Stone contributor who will practice open and respectful communication while assisting with identifying and driving process improvements.
