$1,500 SIGN ON BONUS
Wage - $ 28.00-$30.00/Hour, based on experience
The Culinary Supervisor reports directly to the Executive Chef, and will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef to execute the culinary operations at the highest levels of quality and safety, while ensuring proper business considerations.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Know all menu items and enforce the proper preparation and presentation on all items daily.
Know all procedures and menus for all meal periods, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Maintain all food safety procedures as required by King County and Washington State.
Keep proper usage, cooling and reheating records.
Take ownership of the cleanliness of the restaurant, kitchen and the condition of the walk-ins.
Must take the Servsafe course and pass the test to be certified.
Assist the Executive Chef in the control of food and labor costs.

Must have 3-5 years cooking experience
Must have at least 1-3 years supervisory experience in a fast paced kitchen
Culinary Degree preferred
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
