Job Description

Natural Retreats is hiring a Guest Services Coordinator to join our Big Sky, MT team! This full-time, permanent position will serve as the direct liaison between our guests and all areas of our operations. The Guest Services Coordinator will make him/herself available to our guests from the time that they book their stay with us through their departure too assist with various aspects of planning their luxury vacation and coordinating responses to any guest service issues that arise. The Guest Services Coordinator will also be responsible for upselling our cleaning and transportation services to both drive revenue and enhance the overall guest experience

Hourly rate: $23-25

Pre-arrival correspondence with guests via phone and email
Assist guests with activity and dinner reservations/recommendations
Assist guests with questions they may have about their rental properties
Book additional housekeeping services for guests and owners
Book guest and owner transportation through our transportation division
Field calls and emails from upcoming guests, in-house guests, and recently departed guests.
Assis with on call as scheduled with team
Coordinate guest service needs with all appropriate Team Members in a clear and timely manner
Assist the General Manager, Assistant Retreat Manager, and other Team Members with additional administrative duties as needed
Ensure all guests and owners have an AMAZING experience with Natural Retreats, receiving amazing service in all aspects of their stay from the time of booking through to their departure


Strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong administration and organizational skills
Ability to formulate and convey constructive feedback to third-party vendors
Exceptional interpersonal skills needed to interact and build relationships with a variety of Team Members, varying levels of management, owners, guests, and members of the community
Computer savvy and able to learn new software programs
Experience in the hospitality industry and/or with start-up environments a plus


This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the position, the Team Member should be flexible with his/her hours. Weekends and holidays will generally be busy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working days. We encourage all of our Team Members to take off two (2) days off per week where possible, knowing that guests can arrive at unpredictable times. Generally, this means working some inconsistent hours. Work hours will be forty (40) hours per week with all overtime approved in advance by the General Manager. Exact daily schedule may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season.
