Prepares quality food products as per standardized recipes and production requirements. Adheres to HACCP procedures for all prep and food safety and maintains records as required. Meets customer service expectations by actively engaging with customers.
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
2 Years experience preparing food in a high volume/institutional environment. (Preferred)
General Experience with production equipment including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillet, deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers. (Preferred)
SERVSAFE - ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
