Job Summary
Looking for a self-motivated individual to work as a Night Auditor. This full-time position requires the individual to be self-motivated, have great customer service, and must have the ability to be a team player.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to provide positive customer service and respect for our loyal guests and associates. Must be creative and have the basic knowledge on taking care of the guest in order to show the guest our level of respect. Must be efficient within both communication and computer skills. Must be able to audit and balance reports from the day shifts.Must have the knowledge to up-sell and promote the hotel service, facility and brand amenities. Must be able to work on Fridays and Saturday nights.
Experiences: Customer Service, Computer Skills, Hotel (Front Desk) Property Management System, Microsoft Office, Extremely Detailed Oriented
