Job Description

Looking for experienced Sous Chef/rounds cook for restaurant in Gloucester. Experience in all area's (Fry, Oven, Sautee, Grill, fabrication & expeditor) needed. Must work well under pressure. Excellent pay for the right person. Duties include, but not limited to line work, opening, and/or closing, leadership, working directly with ownership, training and more. + 2 plus years rounds cook experience

+ 1 plus years sous chef experience

+ At least 1 year supervisory or management experience

+ Serve Safe certified
+ Great culinary skills
+ Communication Skills
+ Professional demeanor and work ethic
+ Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

+ Experience with ordering, receiving and inventory

+ A proven track record of maintaining financial stability
+ Worked in High Volume kitchens (understands the hours and commitments that come along with a busy kitchen staff)
+ Excellent Developmental, Training and Coaching Skills (knows that your staff can make or break a kitchen and a restaurant )
