We re a vibrant customer acquisitions firm based in Austin, TX. We specialize in increasing brand representation, market share and revenue via event promotions and customer acquisition. To ensure that we are able to meet our clients goals we are looking for 2 new Events Coordinators in the coming weeks.


Location: Austin, TX - please note this is NOT a remote position.

Start Date: 1-2 weeks ideally. However, notice periods will be considered.


Events Coordinator Job Description


We are looking for an Events Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and meet new donor targets. Candidates with strong communication skills and a friendly outgoing personality who can make customers feel welcome will stand out. You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our services and recommend the best way that they are able to help the charity. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.


Breakdown of Duties


  • Greet and direct customers at our events
  • Provide accurate information about our clients charities (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
  • Answer customer and new donor questions about specific products
  • Register new, long term donors for our clients daily
  • Collection of new donor details including sensitive information on a face to face basis
  • Coordinate with the Events Assistants and Sales Associates team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Stay up-to-date with our clients services


Requirements

  • Proven customer service, hospitality or sales experience
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize your tasks
  • High school diploma preferred
