We re a vibrant customer acquisitions firm based in Austin, TX. We specialize in increasing brand representation, market share and revenue via event promotions and customer acquisition. To ensure that we are able to meet our clients goals we are looking for 2 new Events Coordinators in the coming weeks.
Location: Austin, TX - please note this is NOT a remote position.
Start Date: 1-2 weeks ideally. However, notice periods will be considered.
Events Coordinator Job Description
We are looking for an Events Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and meet new donor targets. Candidates with strong communication skills and a friendly outgoing personality who can make customers feel welcome will stand out. You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our services and recommend the best way that they are able to help the charity. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
