Back of the House, Inc. (BOH) seeks a talented and driven Field Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team, supporting operations, and managing grassroots initiatives for all full-service restaurant brands.
The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with and report to BOH s Marketing + PR Manager. When overseeing field marketing for a brand, you will coordinate with operations, digital, and social marketing to support operational goals, liaise with community and third-party partners and oversee on-site event execution. You are responsible for working across departments at BOH s home office, as well as with members of the brands operations teams.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Make your brands look good. You are here to position the restaurants to the outside world with personality and authenticity. Be able to evaluate each brand with a keen eye towards offering, menu design, signage, music, uniform, keeping on the pulse of industry trends, etc.
Develop and execute on-premise marketing strategy and implement tactical plans in support of BOH s vision/mission and business plan
Craft branded events that showcase what s noteworthy and exceptional about each of your brands. Manage event logistics, guest lists, and follow-up
Direct local restaurant marketing plans that drive sales and build community awareness
Create and maintain 12-month calendar representing promotions and events for each concept in the organization s portfolio of brands and assign resources accordingly; initiatives should be set with an eye to historical data and customer insights; analyze cross-channel traffic and reach to determine campaign effectiveness and ROI for brands
Drive monthly meetings with your brands operations teams to jointly develop strategy for the upcoming quarter
Support the Marketing & PR Manager across all initiatives when necessary
Work with owners, directors and outside relationships regarding community and philanthropic initiatives

Desired skills and experience:
5+ years in a marketing role with strategic planning and execution
Bachelor s degree in Marketing preferred
Restaurant/Hospitality industry a plus but not required
Ability to think creatively, move quickly and harness brand power and moments-in-time to drive creative on-property campaigns and events
Desire to work with a growing portfolio of cool restaurant brands and leverage partner opportunities
Qualifications:
