Please note that the schedule is every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and every other holiday.
The Patient Experience Representative will be responsible for:
Scheduling appointments or procedures
Receiving and/or registering patients, visitors and staff for admissions
Collecting, verifying, and recording required information
Obtaining records, files and/or results for appointments/admissions and entering related information on hospital & departmental computer systems
Answering, screening and routing telephone calls
Performing general office support tasks such as opening and sorting mail, ordering supplies and maintaining logs & records
To qualify, you must have:
High school level education
0 - 1 years of previous work experience
Ability to interpret data and take appropriate action
Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
