We are a modern and growing Chef-Driven concept looking for a passionate Assistant General Manager to join the ranks in our newest location! The ideal candidate knows the restaurant business backward and forward and understands the local market. We re looking for a self-motivated individual who can take advantage of a competitive bonus structure for the benefit of both the restaurant and themselves.

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hiring staff members and ensuring proper training
  • Managing customer care and service standards
  • Managing Front of House staff
  • Budgeting expenses
  • Writing schedules

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a GM or AGM in a fine dining or upscale environment
  • High level of wine knowledge and cocktail trends
  • A passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Solid understanding of all aspects of Financials
  • The strong desire to lead a team to success
  • Knowledge of HotSchedules and Aloha
