Job Requirements:
- Establish spa policies and procedures, provide supervision for spa team
- Maintain and increase spa revenue
- Promote retail sales of all spa products
- Implement spa menus and marketing strategies
- Leading a team of spa professionals
- Confirm appointments for all spa/salon treatments
- Report directly to the spa supervisor
- Promote return visits to the spa
- Maintain inventory control for all spa areas
- Oversee the daily operation of spa areas
- Promote and sell memberships and spa services
- Coordinating all spa employee schedules and facilities to maximize usage and efficiency of the spa
- Develop guest spa packages, memberships and promotions
- Supervise cleaning of spa and work stations
- Utilize spa retail sales system with skill and proficiency
- Make sure there is no drama in the spa
- Maintain a clean/orderly spa.dishes,laundry,product
- Supervise and evaluate all supervisors of spa department
- Hire spa professionals, completing all required paperwork
- Assist in the training and development of spa associates
