Job Description Summary:The Employee Benefits Specialist is responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, supplementary benefits and 401(k) plan. Supports the Benefits team and educates Option Care Health team members on the benefit programs.

Due to some state pay transparency laws, below is the minimum pay for the position:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.Minimum pay is $49,296.00+
