This position will be responsible to supervise a broad spectrum of daily food truck operations while setting the example for Hard Work, High Standards and Notable Hospitality for team members.

Manage team members, including: cooks, food preparers, and cashiers at events and stationary operations. Lead all hourly team members in running the food truck according to specific and strict quality and efficiency standards. Willing and able to be hands-on in all positions.
Prepare and serve the food.
Plan prep and order products for events and stand-alone daily operations.
Maintain required records including food production, inventory, income/expense, vehicle costs, dry goods, paper products. labor, and facilities.
Ensure food team members follow proper sanitation procedures.
Direct the cleaning of the truck and commercial kitchen.
Maintain equipment including refrigerator, stove, prep table and cookware.
Hire, recruit, and train team members.
Adhere to guidelines and remain in compliance with local health and safety standards.
Monitor vehicle and equipment maintenance.
Work closely with Culinary and Catering management team to ensure communication is seamless.
Ensure the food truck and all related equipment are always kept in safe operating conditions and report any issues to Area Director immediately.
Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management, ability to prioritize workload, and properly deploy team as needed to multiple locations.
Ensure safety standards are maintained while food is being cooked.
Clean Driving Record.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Significant cooking experience in a high-speed kitchen environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to work weekends.
Ability to learn and operate new systems and software, including: POS, Hot Schedules, Third party Delivery Sites, Caterese, etc.
