Luxury Boutique Hotel is seeking a Assistant Director of Guest Services or a Front Desk Manager with strong guest relations background ready to take that next step in their career.

Job Responsibilities
Develop relationships with owners, rental guests, group contacts, etc. to provide maximum, personalized guest service
Respond to guest comments verbally and in writing to ensure proper attention to follow-up of all inquiries
Make suggestions for improvements in overall operations with an emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction, revenue, and reducing costs
Support Resort philosophy toward employee development and morale and help institute programs to ensure the effectiveness and promotion of this philosophy within Guest Services.
Assist in hiring, developing, training, measuring, and monitoring operating procedures that relate to Guest Services and Property Management
Help to monitor and analyze the payroll and expenses for Guest Services to ensure maximum effectiveness while realizing full profit potential
Inspect and help maintain the property and all Beach rental products to ensure they meet or exceed the required standards
Resolve problems to ensure guest satisfaction
Essential Job Functions
Supporting and supervising Guest Services and Reservations employees
Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to escort guests to their homes. Must be able to climb stairs, bend and lift up to 20 pounds.
Timely response to any owner and guest inquiries
Further inter-departmental communication
Complete familiarity with Rental Management and Property Management programs and be able to discuss and onboard new owners
Preferred Skills
Previous front desk experience at AAA 5-Diamond property
Knowledge of Maestro and Springer-Miller PMS systems
Requirements
Job Requirements
Two-year associate's degreeWork-related experience at a supervisory or managerial level of at least 3 years.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other hospitality-related systems
