Adamas Building Services is NOW HIRING Concierge/Guard Booth Associates with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We are now interviewing part time & full time candidates in Long branch, NJ.
The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas:
Excellent customer service skills
Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destination
Check-in and announce incoming guests
Receiving packages and deliveries
Resolve complaints from residents/guests
Perform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.
Must have prior Front Desk/Office environment experience (1 year)
Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
Must pass comprehensive background checks
