We are seeking a service-oriented, tech and software savvy person to join our new technology support team that supports our remote and onsite corporate office associates across the country as well as in our corporate office located in Louisville, Kentucky. Top candidates will have a proven ability to troubleshoot technology problems so that the team can continue to provide great guest satisfaction.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Desktop and Laptop troubleshooting
  • Assist with company application issues
  • Setup users in Active Directory
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 issues including Teams, Outlook, and other applications
  • Assist our Applications Team in supporting our various hotel software platforms and systems
  • Create, update, and help manage incident tickets in our support system
  • Monitor systems and network for any potential issues
  • Work with other team members to provide and help promote technology security and compliance
  • Other duties and technology projects for the organization as assigned


EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in remote troubleshooting and evaluating PC issues including network connectivity, hardware, and operating system issues
  • Degree/Certification program in technology, hospitality, or similar program and/or experience
  • Over 1 year in service and support role
  • High proficiency managing Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Administrative Tools
  • Knowledge of Antivirus and Remote monitoring software applications
  • Networking basics and troubleshooting including Meraki, Cisco, and other brands
  • The ability to learn new software applications to help provide a first line of support
