The role
As an Associate Client Services Director you will play a huge part in providing direction to the client services teams across several accounts, ensuring top-quality service to existing clients through effective leadership and collaboration with the Scientific Leads.
The right candidate will demonstrate an instinct for highly commercial and strategic solutions, combined with a track record of success in delivering plans and projects. You will be eager to make a real impact by growing your area of the business, building client relationships and providing strong leadership to account teams in the US and in Europe.
Requirements
Approximately 7-8 years' relevant experience (pharmaceutical or agency)
Good knowledge of pharma industry and
Understanding of most areas of medical communications, including strategic planning
Strategic insight, judgement and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Line management and mentoring experience
Breadth of experience across therapeutic areas and types of client (showing a geographical and healthcare market mix)
Experience in supporting new business initiatives
Awareness of different healthcare markets
A life sciences degree, ideally combined with a Master's or PhD
