Wellness Concierge Lead
The Wellness Concierge Team Member is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the studio. The position is primarily based behind the front desk to greet members, answer questions, provide tours, sell memberships, retail, and ancillary services, follow up with prospective members and ensure that the lobby, practice rooms, and restrooms are meeting our cleanliness standards. This position must always represent the face and image of TruFusion while working.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Welcome all visitors and members according to our Customer Service Standards; follow telephone etiquette; build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
Sales - Responsible for creating, selling studio memberships and ancillary services.
Check members into class/workshop/etc. through software system.
Assist members by guiding them through our programs and answering their questions.
Following up with leads and missed guests using CRM system and sales process.
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and ancillary service goals.
Must be capable of handling customer service issues thoughtfully and quickly.
Be knowledgeable about our offerings, competitive programs, and pricing to actively promote and sell TruFusion memberships, class packages and programs.
Responsible for tracking and purchasing ancillary product inventory
Responsible for grassroot marketing and participating in any and all marketing efforts.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Follow Standards of Excellence.
Practice good communication skills and follow directions.
Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Keep entire facility clean, sanitized, organized, clean studio rooms, restrooms, empty trash, and tidy props
Work with team members to support the financial goals and operational needs of the studio.
Report any issues to management.
Keep the retail area pristine, including cleaning and maintaining the area, pro-actively watch for theft to avoid shrinkage.
Complete any additional tasks required to help the company meet its goals.
Follow the laundry and cleaning checklist and procedures.
Follow up and complete all checklists.
Previous work experience in a comparable setting preferred but not required.
Possess superior customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor, ability to multitask while remaining calm to deliver exceptional results in a high-paced environment.
Ability to demonstrate positive interactive skills, sound judgment, logical decision making, and manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. with or without assistance.
Able to move, setup/breakdown, transport objects such as furniture, tables, chairs, equipment, product, supplies, etc.
Capable to climb, bend, reach, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, and stand for the duration of shift. Require manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
Work area may be unusually hot, humid, noisy. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. access. Tasks are performed from a non-sitting position. Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage.
