Every day, our cafes bustle with guests eager to experience everything we have to offer, and our Cafe Head Chefs play an important role within our cafes. Our Cafe Head Chefs manage the fast-paced energy and high volume in the café, by working with the Sous Chef to oversee all kitchen operations. The Cafe Head Chef leads and inspires the café savory kitchen team to exceed our guest's expectations at every opportunity by creating amazing dishes from scratch while upholding the execution of Tatte's service and product standards. The Cafe Head Chef also embodies the passion we have for our savory team members (prep cooks, line cooks, and dishwashers) by proactively developing them as a team and as individual culinary professionals.
We offer competitive pay (typically Cafe Head Chef pay ranges from $65k-$75k, depending on experience), English/Spanish classes, hands on training and classroom training, free drinks and meals, health/dental/vision insurance, 401K benefits (with a vesting match), free EAP services, and more.
