Job Description
The role of the Onsite Corporate Concierge Associate is to offer white glove customer service while also displaying a professional and enthusiastic personality. Your may assist our clientele with additional services from travel planning, providing gift suggestions to product research and much more. You will also assist our clientele with local errand running within specified parameters and criteria.
Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, be highly organized, and and act as ambassadors to the client brand at all times. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues and travel options. Experience in the hotel, hospitality or the travel industry is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Consistently provide uncompromising customer service in a fast paced, structured environment
Prioritize requests and monitor daily deliverables
Project an approachable and professional image, with adherence to company's dress code policy
Respond to employee requests in a professional, calm, courteous, and timely manner, without exception.
Promote meaningful relationships through engaging in informed conversation with members via face to face interaction, phone, and email.
Assist with coordinating relationships with local vendors to promote additional onsite services for employees such as, dry cleaning and shoeshine services
Perform local errands within a designated area near the office
Perform extensive research for product comparison and information
Participate in onsite events promoting concierge services and new initiatives
Continuously identify ways to improve the employee experience by engaging with staff and bringing perspective on employee's needs
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks daily and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must have reliable transportation
1-2 years of operating within a Customer Service environment providing services to the highest standard
Luxury hotel, hospitality, travel industry, residential or corporate concierge experience preferred.
Comfortable with a high volume of walking to complete errands.
High school diploma or GED required.
