RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT PMO Program Manager in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:
  • Directly program/project manage the larger IT PMO projects in the Restaurant Technology domain (i.e., Digital Menu Boards, Drive Thru Innovation, Suggestive Sell, Personalization, etc.)
  • Program Manager will directly oversee Project/Scrum Managers responsible for executing projects within specific restaurant brand(s)
  • Ensure portfolio financials align with planned budget and value targets
  • Be a -Servant Leader-, manage, mentor, coach, and hold IT PMO resources accountable
  • As a Program Manager, you will facilitate and manage company Executive Leadership Restaurant Tech. Portfolio alignments and expectations
  • Recommend process enhancements to improve IT PMO organizational maturity
  • Understand full IT PMO portfolio and define and monitor project inter-dependencies
  • Align and facilitate cross-functional teams to prioritize and achieve business goals
  • Encourage group or team to collaborate effectively and to pursue their own goals, priorities, and definitions of success during project ceremonies, ad hoc meetings, and workshops
  • Coach teams and programs to navigate conflicts and embrace healthy tensions
  • Support organizations in improving collaboration dynamics and in becoming a learning organization
  • Support INSPIRE's effort to define and govern consistent Agile practices, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or agile at scale frameworks
  • Facilitate, catalyze, and influence organizational change by drawing on hands-on experience


Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or related field is desired; Or equivalent experience
  • PMP certified - preferred Agile, CSM or SAFe certified - preferred MBA - preferred
  • 8 plus years of direct Application Implementation experience
  • The ideal candidate has first-hand, diverse experience acquired in multiple environments, including QSR, Consulting, System Integrations, M&A, and Ent. Applications Implementations
  • Experience with enterprise systems
  • Experience motivating and mentoring staff and team members to change how they envisage and deliver their work
  • Experience interacting with executive project sponsors, business subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders for large organizational projects; Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions - company is looking to acquire multiple entities over the next few years
  • Experience is the Restaurant, Retail, or Hospitality industry is a plus
  • Candidate must have passion for helping others embrace a new mindset in order to grow as individuals and improve the quality, relevance, and value of their throughput
  • Appreciation for traditional Project Management organizations and how to introduce or foster change that becomes part of the company's new culture
  • Demonstrated ability to have impacted team's velocity, ROI, leadership mindset, and development practices
  • Facilitated enterprise application implementations for multi-brand or multi-portfolio organizations
