Job Description
TruFusion is looking for a full-time Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team to support our West Hollywood Studio with new member engagement, acquisition and marketing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with CRM, Social Media, and knowledge of the fitness industry. This position will aid in the development of loyal members and work closely with the local community, studio managers, operations, and instructors.The Front Desk Sales Associate will act as the face and voice of our brand and assist with all member activations.
Duties will include but are not limited to recruiting and retaining members through sales calls, corporate partnerships and community events, increase brand awareness, and organize and implement sales processes. Reporting directly to the General Manager, a successful Front Desk Sales Associate candidate should be results driven, committed to marketing excellence and a strong networker. This candidate understands the value of exceptional communication skills. Problem-solving and strong people skills need to come naturally. Must be a team player who enjoys collaboration but is also efficient and effective working independently.
Responsibilities:
Acquires new members by reaching out to leads
Prospecting Leads in and out of studio
Schedule Studio Tours and Needs Assessment for members
Build Partnerships with with like minded businesses
Develop a marketing plan and calendar consistent with membership goals
Respond to online customer/media inquiries in a timely manner
Research social media trends and adjust marketing strategically
Provide community feedback to management and operations
Plan and execute community events and programs
Monitor LoyalSnap, social media campaigns and analyze KPIs, reporting to operations weekly and adjust marketing efforts accordingly
Identify new marketing outreach opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
Showcase extensive knowledge of class offerings, studio amenities, membership offerings and all other studio operations details
Operate TruFusion studio CRM (MindBody)
Be an information hub for all class types, memberships and studio operations
Approach customer service situations with professionalism and proactivity
Partner with AGM to find, host, staff and attend community events to create brand awareness
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Maintain weekly scorecard
All other tasks as assigned
Based at 75% TruFusion West Hollywood / 25% Generating leads in the field
Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to develop, create, and track KPI's
Experience with CRM
Must be available to work weekends, as needed
Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem solver
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must be able to work independently, but also collaborate across departments
Proficient using all social media platforms, particularly Meta - Facebook and Instagram, Yelp, Google My Business. Familiarity with Social Media Management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hubspot, HootSuite, and others
