Bouldin Creek Caf is hiring full time line cooks! Night and weekend availability is required.
A little about us
We are a high-volume vegetarian, woman-owned caf and have been in business for over 21 years. We strive to maintain a diverse and inclusive environment, free of the old school machismo evident in some kitchens.
We offer group health insurance/dental/vision after 90 days if you work 30 plus hours on average and we try our best to make sure everyone gets their hours.
We believe in paying a living wage and ensuring pay equity between the front and back of house by instituting a 20% living wage surcharge on guest checks. We offer competitive wages starting at 16$ for training and 18$-22$ after training depending on skill and experience.
