We provide trained hospitality professionals who deliver outstanding customer service to a variety of banquet facilities. We are looking for experienced line cooks to set up and stock necessary items and supplies needed for the kitchen as well as preparing food for events.

Requirements

Knowledge of cutting, mixing, chopping, cooking, frying, grilling and preparing necessary dishes and recipes.

Perform routine kitchen tasks.

Correctly setting up

Knowledge in kitchen tools

Stocking necessary food items

Making sure kitchen area is clean and sanitized while ensuring safety standards

Properly handling and storing food

Preparing food accordingly based off of Chef's or kitchen managers requests

Line Cook Qualifications:

Experience as a line, prep cook

Training from a culinary school is an asset

Knowledge of basic cooking techniques

Having the patience to tolerate any issues or problems that arise

Strong verbal communication Skills

Professional manner

Being able to work in a team set environment

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Organizational skills
